Local configuration and credentials

You are responsible for protecting your Windows account, PC, configuration files, credentials, network, and devices. Do not enter credentials unless you are authorized to use them.

License information

Pro Personal uses a signed offline license file. No machine ID is required for the Pro Personal license model described on this website.

The app may read the license file locally to determine whether Pro features are enabled.

Purchases and payments

Purchases may be processed by a third-party checkout provider such as Lemon Squeezy. Payment information, billing details, tax handling, receipts, order emails, and payment processing are handled by the checkout provider according to its own terms and privacy policy.

PCDilis Software may receive purchase-related information from the checkout provider, such as your order email, product purchased, order number, license delivery status, refund status, and related transaction information needed for licensing, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

PCDilis Software does not directly process or store your full payment card details.

Support communications

If you contact support, we may receive and store the information you choose to send, such as:

• your app version and Windows version;
• screenshots, logs, or error messages;
• details about your device type, configuration, network, NAS, server, or storage path issue.

Reasonable efforts are made to protect information handled by PCDilis Software. However, no software, website, email system, device, or network can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for securing your own PC, Windows account, network, NAS devices, servers, storage paths, credentials, and backups.
